Pilates is a form of exercise with emphasis on core strength which is the main foundation of the body for the balanced development of the body. Pilate’s exercises can improve strength and support to the core muscles for the proper alignment of the spine for a perfect posture. The six Pilates principles are centring, control, flow, breathe, precision, and concentration.

Yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic activities to work on your flexibility, strength and overall wellness of the body. Yoga can include postural activities, breath work and meditation for the patient’s or individual’s physical, mental and emotional health, better posture, improved breathing and circulation, less stress.
