How We Treat It

Manual Therapy

This is a systematic approach to moving your joints, which helps reduce pain and restore normal mobility.

Deep Tissue Release (DTR)

There are a variety of techniques employed in this treatment, including light pressure massage, which is effective in relaxing the muscles. Deep-pressure massage may help break down scar tissue.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasonic waves are transmitted into the affected area using a conducting gel. This in turn causes a micro-massage effect, promoting blood circulation and reducing pain. It helps muscles relax, allowing them to heal more quickly.

Interferential Therapy

This treatment delivers electrical impulses to the injured area via electrodes. The patient feels the pulses as pins and needles, which reduces pain and swelling. It can also be used to speed up the healing process.

Neuromuscular Stimulation

An electrical machine is used to strengthen weak muscles after knee surgery. This is useful for supporting the knee by strengthening the muscles that support it.

Programme of Rehabilitation Exercises

This will be a combination of scientifically designed exercises to help your posture, improve the mobility of your spine and joints, stabilize and strengthen your muscles that support your bones. This will be tailored to suit your needs and will enable you to reach your full potential. This is a critical part of your journey back to health.
